But after I moved from there, I just never stuck with it. I needed something simpler and less costly.
HP Photobooks has a great way to manage those digital photos and put them into creative albums. You can create them right online and then print the completed pages on your own computer. They come in two sizes--5x7 or 10x13. There's even room on the back for journaling in your own handwriting if you like that aspect of scrapbooking (that was actually the part I loved best), and because you put it together yourself, you can also include some memorabelia. For all the specifications, click HERE. This video shows how it works better than I could ever explain it.

Are you still looking for Christmas gift ideas? This would be a great grandparent gift, or even something for Dad to keep on his desk at work. HP is offering a great discount of 20% off the photo books, but only until December 31st. Use this link to receive the offer.
I am giving away two of these books so that you can try it out yourself, so please leave a comment if you want to win. I'll draw a winner on Thursday, December 20 (but they will not be mailed until after Christmas because I'll be out of town). I'll ship to the U.S. or Canada.

I've yet to try digital scrapbooking but have been wanting to try!
Thanks Jennifer :)
That sounds like it could be perfect for me. I am SO behind on getting my photos uploaded to a photo printing site, printed mailed to me, then put in a traditional photo album, where I then do the journaling. I don't even bother with any of the cute decorative scrapbook touches, and I still can't keep up! This sounds like a great way to do it.
I wish I still had time to scrapbook, but alas, this former Creative Memories consultant is a drop out too.
Would love to win. :)
I've thought about doing one of those. I scrapped some before Will was born but since he came nary a photo has made it into an album. Sad and pathetic I know. Especially if you could see the boxes of photos I have! Sigh... one day I'll get them in albums... one day.
I'm finally at a point where I'm interested in this again. Count me in!
Would love it!

I'd love to try this out at home!
I've always wanted to try out the "photo book" concept - especially ever since the birth of my daughter. I have such limited time for scrapbooking, but I'd still like to be able to organize and showcase my photos. These books sound like the perfect solution!
"Happy Holidays!" I like to make cards and collages. I have never attempted scrapbooking. Plese enter me in your wonderful giveaway contest! Thanks,Cindi

Oh I'd LOVE to win this! I bought hundreds of dollars of scrapbooking stuff after my first son was born and never got around to doing it!!! This seems SO much easier and less time consuming for me which is important since I have 2 sons and a hubby to take care of...and they keep me VERY busy!! LOL!

I would LOVE to win this! I've done one before, and they are so easy!
I've just started playing around with creating digital scrapbooks online. For the most part, I shove pictures into photo albums and consider that an accomplishment, but these seems like a nice step-up, to commemorate special events or years, without the hassle of actual scrapbooking.
Oh -- and I'd love to win. :)
Oh, I have seen these before! I would love to give it a try! Thanks!

My Husband is a manager at Best Buy. The family never sees him at Christmas--Currently he is on 6 day work weeks at 12 hour shifts. We have been together since 1985 so even though this is normal for us and it was very hard when the kids were little now they are teens and at least they can get themselves to and from school without my help.
Last year my husband gave me a photo frame whereby you put in a digital camera chip and it displays pictures you have just taken. Technology....This is and has been the greatest present ever. With each activity where pictures are taken I can display the picture I like. We can change chips if we want also.
Have a great hliday season. Sounds like your Christmas started off with a bang---uninterrupted time with my husband of 17 years--We dated for 6 years before we got married but uninterrupted time with the love of my life--I am a little jealous.
Count me in!! :-)
