Five, Eight, Fourteen, Ten

Five degrees when I took Amanda to school at 8 this morning for her newspaper meeting.

Eight degrees when I took Kyle to school at 9am and did some errands (that Panera coffee tasted extra good coming in from the cold).

Fourteen degrees when I picked Kyle up from school at 1 pm.

Ten degrees when Terry got home at 7.

It's cold!

Now that is cold. I don't think I'd want to leave the house.

Wow. I don't know how you do it, coming from Texas. I don't do well in the extreme cold!

Yikes. It gets cold here too, but like Dianne, I don't handle it very well. I was all bundled up in gloves, scarf, warmest coat, etc. the other day just to take down Christmas lights -- and it was 23 degrees. That was cold enough for me.

I posted the temperature last night, too! = ) LOL. Right now we're a balmy 35. Will (4.5) asked this morning when it will be summer. In 5 months was my response. He didn't seem to think that was a long time. Seems like an eternity to me right now.

Perfect weather for a fire in the fireplace and a cup of hot cocoa.
