It's coming.
The server crashed and Janice and Susan have been working all night to try to get it fixed. It should be back up later this morning.
When it is up and running, they will post a new start time so that everyone has equal opportunity to get linked up at the top.
They are very sorry for the inconvenience, but still plan to host the best party in the blogosphere!

We're sooooo sorry for the massive delay.
We've decided the best thing is to just get the party post up now since so many people already have their posts up and are waiting to sign up.
We know there is no fair way to make it so that everyone who was ready and waiting to sign the Linky can get in the orginal same order.
But we'll have to just make do...
