Some pictures

Because we as women are contradictions, I'll post some pics from our journey -- in direct rebuttal of my previous post.

But in this case, I think it's valid and wise, going on the "picture tells a thousand words" theory.

This is a real picture I took in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Only in the south.

Amanda and Kyle both doing their own thing, with their own headsets plugged into the back stereo system.

Amanda chillin' listening to her audiobook (not sleeping).

Kyle playing Itza-Bitza on the laptop. He loves this game.

Amanda being a VERY good big sister.

Kyle enjoying his new headphones -- day one.

No one is screaming and everyone still has his or her head attached... good signs! :) Hope you're enjoying your vacation now that you've arrived!

Guns and must have been at our local Wal-Mart ;-)

Oh, and tell Terry that Nick watched the Spurs Championship video (sort of a documentary of the entire season from the last time they won the championship) THREE times on our way to Oklahoma, and 1.5 times on the way his words "I just love that movie."

Looks like you're having a fun time. Love the picture of the liquor store. :) I have a similar one of the giant liquor stores/rest stop in NH right before you enter MA.

Love the pictures -- thanks for sharing them! I'm so glad Kyle likes Itza-Bitza. And it looks like the kids are having fun and keeping themselves entertained. Love the guns and liquor together. :)
